Summary:

The iMIS Membership Data Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our membership operations by managing and maintaining accurate membership data within the iMIS system. This temporary contract position is essential for ensuring that our membership records are up-to-date and that our stakeholders receive the highest level of service. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to enhance our membership processes and contribute to the overall mission of our organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain membership data within the iMIS system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the processing of membership applications, renewals, and updates.
  • Generate reports and analytics to support membership growth and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline membership processes and improve data integrity.
  • Provide support and training to staff on the use of the iMIS system.

Qualifications:
