FourPL is seeking a Spend Management Solution Consultant with Coupa expertise to join our growing team in either Brisbane or Melbourne. This is a pivotal, client‑facing role, ideal for a mid‑level professional who can confidently translate Coupa capability into real business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver Coupa implementation and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their spend management needs and provide tailored Coupa solutions.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional solution designs aligned to best practice.
- Configure Coupa modules including procurement, invoicing, expenses, sourcing, contracts, supplier management or inventory as applicable.
- Conduct thorough analyses of clients’ procurement processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Support system integration design discussions with technical teams.
- Lead or contribute to solution testing, including SIT and UAT.
- Support data migration activities and validation.
- Deliver end-user and administrator training.
- Provide structured go-live support during project transition phases.
- Contribute to project planning, status reporting, and governance activities.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, scoping workshops, and proposal input as required.
- Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders at varying levels of the organisation.
- Communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- Identify potential risks and issues early and contribute to mitigation planning.
- Support pre-sales and solutioning activities as required, in collaboration with senior team members.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology consulting, business systems implementation, or functional solution consulting.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering Coupa implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of procurement, spend management, and related business processes.
- Experience facilitating workshops and leading requirement gathering sessions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams within structured project environments.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with related platforms such as SAP Ariba, SAP, or other procurement technologies.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Coupa certification(s).
