Looking to kick-start or grow your career in IT service delivery? We’re hiring a Service Delivery Coordinator to support daily operations across a fast-paced IT environment (MSP or internal). This role is perfect for someone organised, proactive, and keen to build hands-on experience working with technical teams and stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

  • Triage and prioritise incoming service tickets, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
  • Coordinate daily workload across engineers, aligning tasks with priorities and SLAs
  • Monitor service performance including ticket queues, response times, and resolution targets
  • Act as a first point of contact for service queries and support escalations
  • Communicate updates clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assist in incident management and help track recurring issues
  • Prepare basic reports and dashboards for service performance
  • Maintain accurate documentation, tickets, and time entries
  • Support procurement activities (ordering and tracking IT equipment/software)
  • Work closely with Network, Cloud, and Security teams to keep services running smoothly

What we’re looking for

  • 2–3 years’ experience in IT support, service desk, or coordination role
  • Exposure to ticketing tools (e.g. ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Jira or similar)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a structured approach to work
  • Basic understanding of IT environments (networks, cloud, end-user support)
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
