About the Role
We are seeking a professional, organised, and customer-focused Reception & Administration Officer to join our team.
This is a front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for students, visitors, and stakeholders, while also providing essential administrative support across the business. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and stakeholders, creating a professional and friendly first impression
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate shared inboxes, triaging and directing enquiries to relevant teams
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and parcel coordination
- Support office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating catering, and general upkeep
- Assist with student administration, including onboarding and record management
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date
- Support document control processes, filing, and audit preparation
- Assist with compliance-related tasks, including document tracking and updates
- Liaise with internal teams, students, and external stakeholders to ensure queries are resolved efficiently
- Assist with traineeship and apprenticeship onboarding.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general administrative coordination
- Contribute to a positive, organised, and professional office environment

You are a confident and approachable professional who thrives in a front-facing role. You enjoy helping people, staying organised, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You will bring:
- Experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role
- Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office (CRM experience advantageous)
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude
