About the Role 

We are seeking a professional, organised, and customer-focused Reception & Administration Officer to join our team. 

This is a front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for students, visitors, and stakeholders, while also providing essential administrative support across the business. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and delivering a high-quality customer experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Greet and welcome visitors, students, and stakeholders, creating a professional and friendly first impression  
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries in a timely and professional manner  
  • Coordinate shared inboxes, triaging and directing enquiries to relevant teams  
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and parcel coordination  
  • Support office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating catering, and general upkeep  
  • Assist with student administration, including onboarding and record management  
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date  
  • Support document control processes, filing, and audit preparation  
  • Assist with compliance-related tasks, including document tracking and updates  
  • Liaise with internal teams, students, and external stakeholders to ensure queries are resolved efficiently  
  • Assist with traineeship and apprenticeship onboarding.  
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general administrative coordination  
  • Contribute to a positive, organised, and professional office environment

  • Experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role  
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)  
  • Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner  
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities  
  • High attention to detail and accuracy  
  • Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office (CRM experience advantageous)  
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude
