About the Role

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Join our Customer Support Team as a Call Centre Agent and make a meaningful impact! In this highly fulfilling role, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Offer empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
  • Utilise First Call Resolution to ensure our customers receive outstanding service.

What We’re Looking For

We are ready to support the right candidate to excel in this role, but we’re looking for:

  • Genuine passion for customer service.
  • Previous experience in a contact centre.
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a structured, fast-paced setting with fixed hours.
  • Experience with disability and related health products are highly regarded.
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and pre-employment health questionnaire.
  • Full Australian Work Rights.

Things you should know:

  • Permanent Full Time with a unique 4-day work week. Your hours will be 7:45am-5:45pm with a Rostered Day Off on either Tue, Wed OR Thu, your RDO will be confirmed after successful onboarding.
  • One month mandatory training in-office 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri training then transition to 4 day work week with opportunity for 2 days WFH.
  • Salary $67k + super + NFP salary packaging benefits.
  • Start date ASAP.
