About the Role
As our full-time Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the build and deployment of marketing campaigns across social media, email, digital advertising, and in-venue channels.
- Updating and maintaining website content, event listings, landing pages, and promotions, and ensuring our online presence accurately reflects what Fortress has to offer.
- Building and scheduling email campaigns, supporting segmentation and database management in collaboration with the CMO.
- Providing on-site support for campaign activations and events at Fortress Melbourne, liaising with other Fortress teams and creative suppliers to ensure timely asset delivery.
- Managing day-to-day social media activity across all Fortress channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring.
- Maintaining the marketing content calendar and assisting with performance reporting across channels.
What You’ll Bring
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar hands-on marketing role.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and basic CMS/website management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to keeping things on-brand.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves; no task too big or too small.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Ability to work a flexible roster including occasional evenings and weekends to support events.
- Must have ongoing & unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
