About this Opportunity

As a Development and Engagement Officer at FORM, you will play a key role in building and sustaining meaningful relationships with stakeholders that directly support FORM’s mission and social impact. You will contribute to the delivery of fundraising initiatives, events and engagement activities, while ensuring accurate data management, reporting and stewardship practices. In this role, you will help strengthen FORM’s supporter community and advocate for Western Australian artists and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of contact database records as well as relevant processes and systems
  • Ensuring fundraising initiatives are well planned and delivered
  • Coordinate donor care and stewardship activities, including thanking, receipting and supporter communications.
  • Assist with grant, sponsorship and funding applications, including tracking deadlines, reporting and acquittals.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and relationships, including enquiries, event invitations and acknowledgements.
  • Prepare evaluation surveys, reports and digital content (including website case studies and testimonials) to demonstrate impact and support engagement.

What you’ll need to get you started

  • Tertiary qualification in arts management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in Salesforce, or a similar CRM system, or a passion for data management.
  • Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A National Police Clearance, current within one month or the ability to obtain
  • A current C Class Driver’s License

Desirable Qualifications

  • Knowledge of contemporary Western Australian art and cultural sector.
  • At least one (1) year of partnership engagement or equivalent experience or training.
