Foil Drive is redefining how people interact with the ocean through our retrofit electric Foil Assist systems, helping surfers catch more waves and ride longer. As we grow globally, we’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our Adelaide-based team.

About the Role

This is a role for someone who values autonomy, precision, and the satisfying rhythm of hands on assembly. Some days you’ll be teaming up to solve problems, innovate, or help across different parts of the workshop and other days, your core mission might simply be: putting bolts in bags for hours with consistent accuracy and pride. And honestly? We need someone who can genuinely thrive doing that.

The Role: Assembly Allrounder

Based in Adelaide, you’ll be central to our production process, assembling and preparing components that become the world class Foil Drive products shipped across the globe.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble components with accuracy and care

• Perform quality checks to maintain our premium standards

• Pack orders with precision and ensure the right parts go to the right customers

• Follow structured daily task lists to keep production flowing

• Monitor stock and flag when supplies are running low

• Keep your bench and workspace tidy for safe, smooth operations

• Jump in with the team when the workshop or fulfilment area needs extra hands

• Contribute ideas to help improve processes and efficiency

What You Bring

• A positive, can do attitude — you get the job done, even when it’s repetitive

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and switch into team mode when needed

• Reliability, punctuality, and a respectful working style

• Willingness to embrace hands on tasks — including the simple, repetitive ones

• Bonus: experience with stock or production work (but not essential)
