Description

Drive, connect, and support your community — all in one role.

Are you motivated by making a real difference in people’s lives?

At FOCUS Connect, we don’t just provide care — we walk alongside people to build confidence, grow skills, and support independence.

We’re looking for Support Workers with group-based experience who are passionate about diversity, inclusion, and creating culturally safe environments, and who can also drive (12-seater or larger vehicles) to support our cultural, multicultural, and social support groups across South West Sydney.

You’ll be supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds, helping create welcoming spaces where everyone feels connected, valued, and part of their community.

If you bring energy, care, and purpose to your work — and want to see the impact you make every day — we’d love to hear from you.

Why Join FOCUS Connect?

  • Meaningful work that creates real connection and impact
  • Flexible hours and local, community-based shifts
  • Supportive, inclusive, and multicultural team
  • Opportunities for training, development, and growth

  • A genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives
  • A caring, reliable, and community-focused approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience (or interest) in Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services
  • Confidence working with diverse communities
  • Ability to engage and support people in a group setting

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in group-based programs or community transport
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence and ability to drive a 12-seater bus
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • National Police Check & Working With Children Check
