Role Summary

As a Support Worker, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need. Your role will include offering emotional support and helping clients achieve their goal by, assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and accompanying clients to appointments and activities. Multiple locations to work at including: South West Sydney, Northern Sydney, Liverpool, Fairfield.

What We’re Looking For

• Compassionate and patient demeanor

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds

• Experience in Aged Care (preferred)

Requirements:

• Current and valid NSW Driver’s licence and access to a fully insured vehicle.

• Current and valid First Aid and CPR certificate.

• Cleared National Criminal History Check.

• Cleared and valid WWCC

• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia is required.

• Smartphone for rostering application

Proficiency in Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Assyrian is a plus, as it will allow us to better support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
