THE ROLE

The primary responsibility of the Quality Administrator is to assist in monitoring, reporting and improving service quality, safety and regulatory compliance, including support to clinical governance, incident management and audit functions. across Focus Care to ensure compliance with NDIS and Aged Care Standards.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist with implementing and monitoring quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with NDIS and Aged-care standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants/clients, internal and external teams.
  • Assist with incident and complaints management.
  • Ensuredocumentation and reporting are aligned with NDIS and Aged-care standards.
  • Collecting and analysing data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
  • Assist in maintaining compliance and continuous improvement frameworks across both NDIS and Aged Care teams
  • Assist Quality & Clinical Manager with coordination of internal and external audits.
  • Administrative support for internal and external committees.

Experience and qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in allied health/health science/business risk management or related disciplines
  • Experience in administration, quality and compliance in disability or aged-care sector.
  • Knowledge of NDIS and Aged Care frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High level administrative, organisational and business management skills
  • Strong computer literacy (particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Excellent customer service
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
