At Fly2Health, you’ll deliver therapy across regional NSW through a structured FIFO-style model, combining travel, flexibility, and genuine impact, without the chaos of traditional clinic roles.

The Role

  • FIFO-style travel across regional NSW
  • Deliver therapy in rural and regional communities
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team (OT, Speech, Psych)
  • Support participants who genuinely need access to care

The Work Week

  • 4 day work week
  • 1 WFH day (admin, notes, planning)
  • 1 RDO every week
  • Structured travel (no last-minute scheduling)
  • Overnight trips required (max 2 nights per week)

Requirements

  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy
