We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Marketing, Social Media & Events Coordinator to join our team in a flexible part-time role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves variety and enjoys creating engaging content across multiple platforms. No two days will be the same—you’ll be involved in everything from social media and videography to podcasts, events, internal communications, and employer branding.

In this standalone role, you’ll operate as a creative force within the Talent Team—owning initiatives end‑to‑end, shaping concepts, driving execution, and elevating how we tell our story.
About the Role
As our Marketing & Events Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in showcasing our business, people, projects, and culture through a range of creative and communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media plan and content across multiple platforms (Tik Tok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Develop engaging multimedia content including videos, reels, interviews, and podcasts and engage with our clinicians to get this!
- Support the planning and delivery of company events and marketing campaigns
- Create internal communications and employee engagement content
- Assist with PR activities, media releases, and external communications
- Develop marketing collateral to support our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and recruitment campaigns
- Manage and update website content, imagery, and information
- Capture and coordinate professional photography of our people, projects, and landscapes
- Maintain and manage our Canva platform, templates, and brand assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials
- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements
- Update the team with reporting and analytics, ideas and innovations.
About You
You are creative, organised, and confident working across a variety of digital and multimedia channels. Ideally, you’ll have:
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a similar role
- Experience creating video content, editing videos, and producing multimedia assets
- Strong Canva skills and an eye for design
- Experience managing social media platforms and Meta Business Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Website content management experience
- Photography and content capture experience
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A positive attitude and willingness to bring fresh ideas to the table

Salary
Depending on experience, we anticipate a salary in the range of $70,000 + Super (Full-Time Equivalent) Pro-rated based on agreed part-time hours.
