With our branch growing faster than ever before, we are currently seeking TWO reliable and experienced Storepersons / Warehouse Officers to join our small and friendly team based at our branch in Forrestdale WA.

This is a permanent, full-time role with flexible working hours between 8am-5pm (Monday – Friday)

YOUR DUTIES

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
  • Restock and maintain stock picking bins for either consumable or inventory stock
  • Ensure customer stock orders are accurately picked in accordance with order requirements
  • Organise and maintain inventory and storage area
  • Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
  • Calling and emailing customers when orders are ready for collection
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks and containers
  • Assist with cycle counting requirements
  • Assist walk in customers and always provide customers with a high quality of customer service

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience within a warehouse/stores environment
  • Basic knowledge of the hose and fittings industry
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Have a current Forklift ticket
  • Be able to complete tasks involving manual lifting and product identification.
  • Have good all-round admin skills
  • Be an Australian Citizen/Permanent resident with full work rights
