THE OPPORTUNITY

As we enter a new rapid growth phase for the business, we are now seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Supervisor to join our successful team in Sydney NSW. (Wetherill Park)

The primary objective of the Operations Supervisor is to oversee projects and supervise and Assist with the day-to-day operations whilst coordinating the team, distributing the workload evenly, and ensuring that motivation and performance levels are maintained.

As the Operations Supervisor you will oversee and optimise our hose assembly and Warehousing at our Wetherill Park branch. This role requires a dynamic individual who can ensure the efficient operation of these critical manufacturing processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing both the human and technical aspects of hose assembly and Warehousing, including workflow optimization, machine operations, and personnel management.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience as an operations supervisor within a manufacturing or warehousing environment, with specific expertise in hose fittings.

• Previous experience in Time and Motion studies will be handy.

• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate teams.

• Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook

• Ability to lead an efficient and successful team

• Current forklift certificate
