THE ROLE

The Hose Assembly & Workshop Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the workshop in Forrestdale, ensuring the efficient assembly of hoses and adherence to quality standards. This role is crucial for maintaining production schedules and fostering a safe and productive work environment. The supervisor will lead a team, manage resources, and implement best practices to enhance productivity and quality in the manufacturing process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the hose assembly team to ensure timely production.
  • Monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards of product quality.
  • Train and mentor team members on assembly techniques and safety protocols.
