The Opportunity

Fluiconnecto is growing faster than ever before and due to further expansion, we are now seeking a highly motivated and results driven Branch Manager at our facility in Kalgoorlie WA.

The HydroShop Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, performance, and profitability of the Kalgoorlie HydroShop branch. This includes effective leadership and management of the technician and administrative teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving sustainable sales and service growth.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, customer focus, and the ability to identify and capitalise on local opportunities.

What We’re Looking For·

• Have previous experience in hydraulic systems, hose and fitting or fluid handling products in a Sales, technical or support role
• The ability to understand Sales targets and application to achieve
• SAGE or similar ERP system knowledge preferred
• Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook
• Trade qualification or business management background (desirable).
• Relevant leadership or supervisory training.
• Valid driver’s licence.
