The Role
As our Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of customer implementation projects and internal initiatives. You’ll work closely with Onboarding Specialists and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track: coordinating schedules, managing documentation, tracking actions, and ensuring clear communication at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking customer implementation projects and internal initiatives
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, proactively escalating risks or delays
• Coordinate communication across internal teams, stakeholders, and customers (kick-offs, WIP meetings, escalations)
• Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and records
• Support resource allocation and manage project dependencies
• Facilitate project meetings, capturing minutes, actions, and follow-ups
• Undertake business analysis activities including requirements gathering and process mapping
• Document workflows, functional requirements, and internal processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Experience supporting projects, implementations, or operational delivery (technology or services environments advantageous)
• Comfort working across teams and managing competing deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• A data-driven approach with the ability to extract actionable insights to support project success.
Essential Criteria:
• Demonstrated experience in a project coordination, operations, or delivery support role, particularly in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Ability to manage documentation, schedules, and reporting accurately
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with others
• Eligibility to work in Australia
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• National Police Check (current or willing to obtain).

Location:
This role is based in Maroochydore, QLD; however, applications from other states will be considered for remote working arrangements.
