Warragul, Gippsland | Reporting to: QA Supervisor
Protect the Flavorite standard. In this hands-on QA role, you’ll work across production, packing and dispatch to keep quality consistent, fix issues early, and ensure our records and systems are accurate and reliable.

What you’ll be doing
- Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and escalate concerns early
- Maintain accurate quality records, traceability and documentation control
- Raise and close out corrective actions (CARs) to prevent repeat issues
- Support quality checks and verification activities to keep processes consistent
- Partner with production, packing and distribution to resolve fruit quality issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement, food safety and site safety
Working environment / physical requirements
This role includes time in a cool room/refrigerated environment (approx. 12–15°C) and office-based admin, with a mix of standing/walking and computer work. The work can involve repetitive movements and occasional lifting.

Nice to have: QA qualifications/auditing experience, QA experience in fresh produce/food, HACCP training, data analysis skills.
