What you will be doing and delivering
Reporting to a Crop Care Supervisor, you will support the management of up to 20 team members working in our Capsicum crops. As a Crop Care Leading Hand, you will be responsible for:
- Training and inducting new team members
- Undertake all Crop Care tasks to ensure target times can be achieved
- Conduct quality checks of the team
- Support the Supervisor in additional duties
This role will suit someone who is passionate about coaching and developing others and takes pride in their work quality.
