About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Program Support Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support across Five Bridges programs. This role is key to ensuring accurate participant records, timely reporting and effective support to operational staff, contributing to positive outcomes for participants and stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Program Manager, this role will be responsible for:
- Processing new participant registrations, including ZOHO profile creation in line with internal processes
- Completing and coordinating program registrations as required
- Data entry
- File management, including participant forms and documentation
- Updating participant training and employment outcomes and utilising systems for reporting
- Managing shared program email inboxes
- Coordinating Job Blast communications
- Customer experience outreach, actioning outband calls accross multiple programs
- Providing general administrative support as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have experience and/or the ability to develop skills in:
- Administrative or program support roles
- Drafting and supporting government reporting requirements
- Quality assurance activities, including structured checking of registrations, outcomes, screening and intake surveys
- Working accurately with data, registers and reporting systems
- Assisting with enquiry responses and calendar management when required
- Providing cover during staff absences, including participant contact and support
- Supporting the coordination and processing of participant-related expenditure
- Good customer experience and communication skills
You will also demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
