F&B Attendant

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced F&B Attendant to join our team at Fitzroy Island. This casual role is essential for delivering exceptional service with prior experience as a bar/barista required. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
• Handle cash and process payments in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to provide informed recommendations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control as required.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
