The Role:
We’re looking for our Client Implementation Manager to join our Business Development division.
The role leads the team responsible for guiding employer prospects through the full sales funnel from contract signature to seamless program implementation. Driving survey completions, member sign ups, and revenue outcomes that power the Fitness Passport growth flywheel. You will oversee the end to end onboarding experience, ensuring surveys, marketing campaigns, promotional events, terms and conditions, and member activations are executed with consistency, quality, and timeliness. Success in this role also requires strong cross functional collaboration, working closely with multiple teams across the business to optimise implementation processes, maintain CRM accuracy, and continuously enhance systems and workflows to support scalable growth.
What you will be doing:
- Team Leadership & Development – Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Business Relationship Managers to achieve individual and collective KPIs
- Employer Onboarding & Implementation – Manage the complete employer implementation pipeline from contract signature through to program launch. Drive timely achievement of onboarding milestones and member activation targets
- Sales Funnel Conversion & Revenue – Own the conversion of signed employers into active programs with member uptake that meets or exceeds membership and revenue targets. Directly influence the sales-to-activation flywheel that drives business growth
- Employer Activation & Member Acquisition – Drive employer commitment and internal advocacy during implementation to maximize member sign-up rates and program visibility.
- Systems, Data & Compliance – Ensure CRM database accuracy and completeness across all employer accounts and onboarding stages. Maintain system integrity that enables accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with multiple teams to optimise the onboarding experience. Lead internal strategy sessions to refine implementation processes and drive continuous improvement
- Reporting & Forecasting – Develop accurate forecasts for member sign-ups, survey completion rates, and revenue from onboarding pipeline. Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and board presentations.
- Strategy & Process Improvement – Propose, document, and refine onboarding strategies and operational processes that enhance performance across implementation.
About You
- Genuinely curious and passionate about health, wellness, and fitness.
- 3+ years of sales team leadership, account management leadership, or customer success leadership with demonstrated track records of achieving team revenue or activation targets
- 3+ years of experience managing operational workflows, implementation processes, or onboarding programs in a B2B environment
- Proven experience in sales funnel management, pipeline conversion, or customer onboarding with measurable results in improving conversion rates or reducing time-to-value
- Experience coordinating with marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver integrated customer experiences
- Experience with legal/compliance processes, terms and conditions management, or contract administration is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams in sales or customer success environments, with demonstrated success in achieving team targets and building accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from workplace facilitators to C-suite employer contacts
- High systems acumen including advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar), Excel for data analysis and reporting, DocuSign, PowerBI and ability to drive system adoption across the team
- Strong operational and project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate cross-functional workflows, manage timelines, and ensure milestone completion
- Adaptable to changing circumstances, priorities, and business needs with the ability to pivot quickly and maintain team momentum.
