About the Opportunity
First Parking is seeking a driven Accountant to join our team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll move beyond routine accounting and play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights, improving processes, and supporting business performance across multiple sites.

What you’ll be doing
- Preparing monthly financial reports and performance analysis
- Managing general ledger, reconciliations, and journals
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
- Overseeing AP/AR processes and cash flow
- Ensuring compliance with BAS, GST, and statutory requirements
- Assisting with audits and stakeholder engagement
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
- CA/CPA (completed or in progress)
- 2–5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
- Systems experience (Xero, MYOB, SAP or similar)
- Advanced Excel capability
