Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Vehicle Coordinator in Perth, Western Australia. This role is unique to our Genesis Perth location and combines client-facing responsibilities with vehicle management. The successful candidate will ensure smooth car drop-off and pick-up services for Genesis customers, including delivering loan vehicles and returning customer vehicles to the workshop. Employees will typically manage 2–4 vehicle deliveries per day and must demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pick-up and drop-off times and locations directly with customers.
  • Ensure safe driving practices at all times.
  • Prepare vehicles for customer handover, including light car washing and interior detailing.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify any damage.
  • Refuel vehicles as needed.
  • Manage vehicle logistics onsite, including moving vehicles around the dealership to maintain a clear and organized space.
  • Use technology platforms efficiently to record vehicle movements, customer interactions, and service updates.
  • Deliver excellent customer service; employees will be rated by customers on their interactions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills, ideally with prior client-facing experience.
  • Competence in using technology and mobile applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding vehicle condition and safety.
  • Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physically capable of performing light cleaning and moving vehicles as required.

Job Type: Casual (available for 38 hours per week)
