Our Perth (North Lake) based Medical and Emergency Response team working from our Perth Training Academy is on the lookout for a Mobilisation/Scheduling Officer to support our National Medical and Emergency Response Teams.

The Role
As a member of the Medical And Emergency Response Operations team you will be responsible for rostering for working with operations managers and site supervisors in the assignment of staff, all aspects site mobilisation, travel and issuing of PPE to onsite teams.
During times of leave and high demand you will also be assisting with recruitment of new staff.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Have the confidence and capability to work with site supervisors rostering more than 220 staff across 40 plus sites nationally.
- Knowledge of Medical and Emergency Response qualifications and certificates advantageous but not essential
- Proven experience managing a variety of medicals including Queensland Coalboard;
- Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining certificate and induction expiry records
- High proficiency in Tier 1 client mobilisation systems (e.g., Pegasus, Damstra, INX).
- Experience with travel booking systems such as Serco.
- Working knowledge of HR and Recruitment process.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational skills, with ability to meet competing deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality while demonstrating clear oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility on rostered start and finish times to work with the team to ensure coverage for our many national clients, staff and contracts.
KPI’s for the role will include:
- Deployment Accuracy: Achieve 100%+ accuracy in personnel scheduling and travel logistics within the first 6 months.
- Timesheets validated to 100% accuracy from
roster.
- Training and skills database 100% up to date.
- Stakeholder Communication: Establish a weekly reporting cadence with site supervisors and operations managers at all locations to anticipate mobilization needs.
Cost Efficiency: Identify and implement two logistical cost-saving measures (e.g., flight/accommodation optimization) by the end of Year 1
