Description

Fire and Safety Australia are seeking an experienced mine site Paramedic eager to utilise their skills in the Bowen Basin Region of Queensland.

Casual contract with a minimum 3 months work (opportunity for ongoing roles) 7:7 roster – Immediate start

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Paramedic Science or equivalent
  • Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration
  • Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Standard 11 would be an advantage
  • Queensland Coal Board Medical or willing to complete

Duties:

  • First response to incidents and accidents on site
  • Assisting with return-to-work processes
  • Ability to work alone in a remote location
  • Follow fitness for work processes
