Description

Fire and Safety Australia are seeking two experienced Emergency Response Technicians to join our team for a minimum of six months on a maximum-term contract, which includes holiday and sick leave entitlements. 8:6/7:7 roster.

These roles are FIFO from Perth only. Immediate start available.

We would prefer you have a minimum of 6 months experience on a Rio Tinto site. However, this requirement is flexible for candidates with relevant experience on other mine sites or those who demonstrate a strong drive to succeed. We’re especially interested in individuals who are looking to grow their careers in emergency response and are keen to pursue further qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Health Care.

This role is available for immediate start – You must be residing in WA to be considered for this role.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Certificate III in Mine Emergency Response and Rescue – Including Vertical and Confined Space Rescue/Fire Team Ops
  • Operate and maintain a 4WD
  • Current MR/HR Drivers Licence
  • White Card
  • Rio Tinto Sap Induction – Ideally
  • Current CPR – (No older than a year)
  • Current Police Clearance – (No older than a year)
  • Minimum 6 Months on a Rio Tinto site
