About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Design Lead who can turn insight into impact. Someone who can see the world through a customer’s eyes, translate that into beautifully simple solutions, and inspire a team to do the best work of their careers.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery, ensuring our products are both elegant and effective.
- Translate customer research into journeys, visuals, and prototypes that push boundaries without adding complexity.
- Build and nurture a strong design culture at FSA – where experimentation, collaboration, and learning are the norm.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to shape product strategy and deliver experiences that stand out.
- Champion design as a driver of innovation.
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ design experience.
- A portfolio that shows you can create intuitive, thoughtful experiences.
- Strong expertise across Research, UX, and Visual Design, plus confidence with modern design tools.
- A knack for facilitating workshops, sparking creativity, and building alignment across teams.
- Bonus points for knowledge of Agile and Domain Driven Design principles.
