About the Role
We’re looking for a QC Laboratory Analyst to join our supportive Quality team. This role is perfect for recent science graduates who are eager to apply their knowledge, gain hands-on laboratory experience, and grow their career in pharmaceuticals and natural health products.
As part of the team, you will:
- Carry out testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Work with laboratory equipment (including GC, HPLC, and pH meters) and assist with calibration checks
- Review test data to support the release of materials and finished goods
- Assist with validation processes and audit preparations
- Be involved in investigations and problem-solving when results fall outside specifications
About You
- We’re looking for someone who is motivated to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about working in a scientific environment. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Knowledge of a quality environment in pharmaceuticals or closely related discipline
- Some laboratory experience (from university labs, internships, or part-time work)
- Strong attention to detail and an interest in quality standards (GMP/GLP exposure is a bonus but not essential)
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and good data-handling skills
- A problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
