Machine Operator – Afternoon Shift

Based in Tullamarine, we run a fast-paced organised production operation with clear focus on safety, quality and on-time delivery.

We are looking for reliable, hard-working people to join our afternoon shift team in a hands-on factory role, with full training and long-term opportunities.

About the Role

This role sits within our production team on the afternoon shift (4pm to 12am Monday-Friday).

You will be part of a hands-on production team, learning specialised sheet-metal machinery and building practical skills in a well-run, organised factory.

This role suits reliable people who want consistent afternoon shift work as part of a strong, supportive team that works well together and get results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and prepare production orders to meet schedule
• Operate sheet-metal machinery to manufacture products to specification
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
• Maintain a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
• Follow safety procedures

Skills and Experience:

Required:

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to follow instructions and communicate clearly
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Able to commit to afternoon shift hours (4PM–12AM, Monday–Friday)
• Available to work reasonable overtime and some flexibility around finish times when required

Preferred:

• Forklift Licence
• Experience in manufacturing or similar environment
