About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant focused within Processing, you’ll partner with established mining clients to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions for processing and plant operational roles. You’ll be responsible for candidate sourcing, stakeholder engagement, market mapping, and industry compliance. Your remit also includes developing sector expertise, building strong relationships, and actively contributing to workforce solutions as demand for processing specialists grows. You’ll benefit from a structured succession plan and have the opportunity to mentor junior consultants, shaping a collaborative and high-performing team.
