Own the engine that drives executive engagement.

Factor brings senior decision-makers together at high-level executive conferences. Our growth depends on precision outbound campaigns that cut through the noise and engage C-level leaders – and we’re looking for someone to own and optimize this channel end-to-end.

This is not a “just follow the playbook” role. You’ll be the architect and operator of our outbound engine: building lead flows, running and iterating campaigns, maintaining CRM integrity, and closing the loop between outreach and event registrations. This role offers a rare chance to own an outbound channel from the ground up – not just execute tasks, but architect and optimize the system that drives our most critical growth lever: engaging the world’s top executives.

What you will be responsible for:

GTM Execution:

  • Design and launch segmented outbound email campaigns via Lemlist, Mail Merge, and Campaign Monitor
  • Craft, personalise, and refine messaging that resonates with executive-level audiences
  • Run structured A/B tests and analyse performance across cohorts, sequences, and list quality

Systems & Process Ownership:

  • Maintain and optimise workflows inside HubSpot CRM
  • Segment, tag, and track leads with rigorous data hygiene and lifecycle accuracy
  • Monitor replies, triage leads, and ensure engagement data drives the right next steps

Data & Tooling:

  • Source and enrich executive-level contact lists using LinkedIn and third-party tools
  • Import, clean, and structure records in HubSpot with zero duplication or data loss
  • Deliver weekly reporting on campaign performance, list health, reply trends, and conversions

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 2+ years in a B2B SDR, GTM operations, or outbound execution role
  • Deep experience with HubSpot CRM, Lemlist, and outbound/email campaign tools
  • Analytical, systems-driven mindset with proven ability to optimize workflows
  • Clear, concise written English – confident crafting emails for C-level audiences
  • Operational rigor – strong discipline around process, data hygiene, and follow-through
  • Ownership mentality – proactive, resourceful, and committed to building the system right

Bonus Points:

  • Experience targeting C-level and VP executives
  • Background in event promotion, field marketing, or conference demand gen
  • Familiarity with reply logic, lead scoring models, or HubSpot automation
