The Opportunity
This role ensures the smooth and efficient supply of kitchen cabinets and componentry throughout the manufacturing process. You will coordinate manufacturing and delivery timelines for new home builds and renovations across the Farquhar Group and external clients, while leveraging analytics to support data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
What you will do
Scheduling & Coordination
- Prioritise and schedule all manufacturing jobs and service orders based on cabinet finish, client and builder requirements, production capacity, and analytical insights
- Coordinate component supply to ensure timely availability for production and required volumes across vertically integrated businesses
- Communicate lead times and completion dates to internal stakeholders and customers
- Liaise with Client Services Coordinators, site supervisors, and internal teams to confirm job readiness and scheduling feasibility
- Manage appliance scheduling, including weekly submissions to suppliers and coordination of lead times
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding delivery dates and logistics
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse production data to optimise job sequencing and reduce bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate job scheduling data, ensuring all job movements are reflected correctly
- Compile and analyse weekly production and delivery reports, including forecasts, allowances, trends, and performance metrics
- Distribute weekly reports detailing delivered jobs across the Group and external clients, including schedule adherence and delay analysis
- Use insights to actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across scheduling and workflow
What you will bring
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Proven planning and scheduling experience (any industry)
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word or Google Suite
- Able to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Knowledge of cabinetry or manufacturing products is advantageous
- Experience with reporting or data visualisation tools is desirable
