The Opportunity

As the Operations Coordinator, you will be the “right hand” to our Production Manager at the KT3 Productions QLD site. This is a pivotal role ensuring the seamless coordination of people, safety, and business administration to keep our manufacturing hub running at peak performance.

  • Assist in allocating personnel, machinery, and materials to optimise productivity.
  • Coordinate rosters, timesheet accuracy, and leave requests.
  • Support the hiring process and coordinating onboarding for new starters.
  • Coordinate training requirements in conjunction with Production Supervisors.
  • Enforce safety protocols, submit incident reports, and track corrective actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date SOPs, safety manuals, and staff certifications.
  • Ensure the team has consistent access to PPE and first aid requirements.
  • Analyse data to provide actionable insights to the Production Manager.
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and manage credit card reconciliations.
  • Coordinate inventory/stocktakes, machinery maintenance logs, and office logistics.
  • Deliver high-level support via phone, email, and front-of-house greetings.

About You

  • Proven background in senior administration or operational support, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • High-level computer literacy with advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with everyone from the factory floor to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive staff information with total confidentiality.
