What the Job Actually Looks Like

You’ll be on the factory floor doing the final assembly and finishing of custom cabinetry. Your day involves interpreting job sheets, assembling components, and making fine adjustments so everything matches the design specs. You’ll be the final check for quality – inspecting alignment, fixing defects, and ensuring units are flawless before dispatch. Working closely with the team, you’ll keep production moving safely in a clean and WHS compliant work space.

  • Final assembly and finishing off using hand and power tools
  • Apply advanced CNC techniques and intermediate CAD/CAM skills
  • Interpreting job sheets and production drawings accurately
  • Quality adjustments and rework for a perfect finish
  • Inspecting completed cabinetry before it hits dispatch
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain workflow and deadlines
  • Keeping a clean, safe and WHS compliant work environment
