The Haymarket Hotel is right in the heart of the city – where great food, cold beers, and good times come together. We’re part of Falcone Hospitality, and we’re looking for a casual Bar & Cellar Person to keep the good vibes (and kegs) flowing!
This is your chance to get behind the scenes, run the cellar like a pro, and be a key player in one of Sydney’s favourite pubs.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Keeping the bar stocked, the kegs fresh, and the taps pouring perfectly
✅ Managing deliveries, cellar operations & stock rotation like a boss
✅ Supporting the bar team so service runs smooth and fast, as well as being hands on serving in the bar
✅ Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised cellar
💡 What We’re Looking For
✨ Minimum 3 months previous cellar or bar operations experience (bonus points if you’ve run a cellar before!)
✨ Someone who’s organised, reliable, and loves working as part of a team
✨ A genuine passion for hospo – you know what makes a venue tick
✨ RSA certification (RCG a bonus)
