The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team supporting some of Australia’s leading grocery retailers. In this role you will provide essential administrative and customer service support to the National Grocery team helping to ensure the smooth running of the sales process and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong customer service focus.

As a key liaison between internal teams and major retail partners, you will play an important role in delivering operational excellence and ensuring seamless service across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately manage customer orders (EDI and manual), transport coordination, and DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time) tracking
  • Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies, order anomalies, and customer queries
  • Maintain and update customer portals, including product images and content
  • Assist with New Line and registration forms across all customers and channels
  • Keep customer Basic Stock Lists accurate and current
  • Manage GS1 compliance and support retailer scan data reporting
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Senior Account Managers
  • Assist with range review preparations including showroom setup, sample coordination, and presentation materials
  • Organise internal and customer meetings and events, including catering, room setup, and minute taking
  • Compile and format routine reports, correspondence, and presentations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Grocery-related administrative tasks

What we’re looking for:

  • Must have previous experience supporting grocery retail accounts (ideally Coles and/or Woolworths)
  • Must have knowledge of GS1 compliance and retail scan data reporting
  • Must have experience with EDI systems and customer portals
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and customer-focused with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
