Role Overview
As an Educator at Explorers, you will play a vital role in delivering an enriching learning programme within our service. You will build meaningful relationships with children and families, ensuring their individual needs are met while working collaboratively with your team to create a supportive and nurturing environment.
As an Educator, your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with children and families
- Developing and implementing an engaging early childhood programme in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Maintaining a safe, engaging, and supportive environment that inspires learning and development
- Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of everyone at the service

About you
You are an experienced educator with genuine enthusiasm for and deep commitment to early childhood education. You bring high energy, a love for nature-based play, and the ability to connect with and nurture children through their developmental journey.
You will demonstrate:
- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience delivering high-quality early education and care
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and the EYLF
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a cohesive team
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC), First Aid Certificate and CPR
