About the Role
To support and mentor recruitment channel partners and prospective students to increase enrolments for Excelsia University College.
- Maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders involved in student recruitment.
- Collaborate to coordinate channel partner contracts and contract renewals as required.
- Meet with channel partners regularly and attend events, including those hosted on nights and weekends with lead potential.
- Assist in the implementation and undertaking of promotional activities to meet the College’s student recruitment plan.
- Provide strong customer service including efficient response to incoming enquiries via multiple channels (including web, email and telephone) while keeping the CRM system updated with all interactions.
Selection Criteria
Qualifications and Professional Standing:
- Experience working in a Student Acquisition role, or equivalent
- Experience and/or understanding of the principles of customer service excellence within international student recruitment.
- An understanding of the international student recruitment market and the role of education as a channel partner.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and/or databases.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work within a small team.
- Experience working with people with various cultural backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to various groups on behalf of Excelsia.
- Technological literacy in a wide range of desktop applications to support reporting and analysis role requirements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and confidence in presentations.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- An ability to speak a second language is also desirable.
