Evolt is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to take ownership of key AR processes. You’ll be working closely with our Credit and Financial Controllers, delivering billing accuracy, collections, reconciliations, and customer account integrity across the business.
This role will suit someone comfortable operating with autonomy, managing competing priorities, who is a strong communicator, and can exercise sound judgement.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and process customer billing with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with overdue accounts, early payout balances, and payment method updates.
• Manage direct deposits and bank transfers, ensuring timely receipting.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support smooth transactions.
• Assist with overdue accounts, early payout balances, and payment method updates.
• Reconcile customer accounts and general ledger entries for accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain timely rebate reports, ensuring accurate reconciliation across all accounts.
• Support month-end processes and audit-related tasks.
About You
• 5+ years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
• Must have experience with ERP and CRM software (NetSuite and HubSpot highly desirable).
• Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for reconciliations and reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence and professionalism in customer interactions.
• A friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
