Description

Experienced Veterinary Nurse – Evervet South Yarra

This is not a conveyor-belt nursing role.

This is the kind of clinic where nurses are genuinely part of the team. Where your ideas are heard. Where your vets trust you.

And where you can still love veterinary nursing without burning yourself into the ground.

Evervet South Yarra is looking for an experienced full-time veterinary nurse to join our close-knit team, including participation in our Saturday roster.

We are a busy, progressive small animal clinic in the heart of South Yarra with a team of 2.5 vets and 3.5 nurses. That means you will know your patients, your clients and your teammates well and genuinely feel part of the clinic rather than just another number on the roster.

About Us

At Evervet, we believe pets make us better humans.

Our clinics are built around high standards of medicine, Fear Free patient care, kindness, collaboration and strong relationships with both clients and each other.

South Yarra has a loyal and engaged client base, interesting medical and surgical cases, and a team that values calm communication, humour, teamwork and mutual respect.

We are progressive without the corporate chaos.

  • Hospital and inpatient care
  • Nurse consults
  • Reception and client communication
  • Supporting vets with interesting medical and surgical cases
  • Helping maintain high clinical standards across the clinic

Saturdays are shared as part of the roster.

What We Offer (the stuff that actually matters)

  • A clinic culture that values psychological safety and teamwork
  • Fear Free aligned handling and patient care
  • Well-run systems and workflows
  • Staff discounts and team perks
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities
  • A workplace that values both professionalism and humour

Most importantly, we are trying to build clinics where people can do great work sustainably.
