About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse Manager to join and lead our Brendale Warehouse team. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in warehouse operations, and a commitment to driving efficiency and safety.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure a high level of inventory accuracy through effective system management, cycle counting, and structured stock audits

  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring all shipments are processed with accurate and compliant documentation
  • Provide leadership, direction, and development to warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of safety and accountability
  • Monitor, analyse, and drive performance against key operational KPIs, including order accuracy, on-time dispatch, and space utilisation
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse layout, storage optimisation, and workflow processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency
  • Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure full compliance with workplace health and safety regulations

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management within a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience utilising inventory management systems with a strong focus on accuracy and control
  • Strong communication, organisational, and people leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams
  • Current Forklift Licence (LF)
  • Proven ability to monitor and drive performance against key operational KPIs, including order accuracy and on-time dispatch
  • Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant environment
  • Experience in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations
