Quality and Compliance Manager

Lead quality care and continuous improvement in community aged care. Everglow Community Care Links Incorporated is seeking an experienced and values-driven Quality and Compliance Manager to help shape safe, high-quality, person-centred services for older people living at home.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in organisational governance, compliance, quality management and continuous improvement across our in-home aged care services.

About the Role

The Quality and Compliance Manager is responsible for leading quality, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation to support safe, effective and person-centred care.

This role works closely with operational teams to strengthen governance frameworks, maintain regulatory compliance and support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading quality and organisational improvement initiatives
  • Coordinating audit and registration processes
  • Managing incident, complaints and feedback systems
  • Monitoring and supporting regulatory compliance obligations
  • Supporting continuous improvement activities across the organisation
  • Assisting with policy and procedure development and review
  • Supporting teams to meet quality and compliance requirements
  • Monitoring organisational risk and quality outcomes
  • Contributing to governance reporting and organisational improvement strategies

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong systems, supporting teams and driving practical improvements that make a meaningful difference to client outcomes.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in governance, quality, compliance or risk within aged care, health or community services
  • Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2024, Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience managing audits, incidents, complaints and continuous improvement systems
  • Strong organisational and analytical capability
