About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on, community-focused Village Manager to lead our village in Tamworth. This is a pivotal role where you’ll be the heart of the community, supporting residents, guiding staff, and ensuring the village operates smoothly, safely and in line with our values.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations and administration of the village, ensuring services and facilities run efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Managing budgets, financial performance, and resources, ensuring compliance and sustainability.
  • Leading, supporting, and developing your on site team to create a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for residents, families, contractors, and external stakeholders, addressing concerns with professionalism, care, and timely resolution.
  • Fostering a strong sense of community and belonging within the village, encouraging engagement and resident wellbeing.

About You

You’re a confident, organised leader who thrives in a people focused environment and takes pride in running a well-managed community.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in a management or leadership role, ideally within residential living, community services, facilities, or hospitality.
  • Strong financial capability, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing operational costs.
  • Experience leading and developing teams, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills, with the ability to build trust and manage relationships effectively.
  • The ability to meet pre-employment requirements, including a National Police History Check.
  • Real Estate Salesperson licence required

Why Join Eureka?

  • The opportunity to lead a close knit village in the heart of Tamworth, where your work has a visible and meaningful impact.
  • A supportive, values-driven organisation that genuinely puts people first.
  • Ongoing training and development, with clear opportunities for career growth.
  • Flexibility and reasonable hours that support your wellbeing and work life balance.
  • A chance to make a lasting difference by enhancing residents’ quality of life and strengthening the village community.

We celebrate equity and diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
