About the Role

Eureka Villages is looking for a dedicated Village Manager to join our team in Toowoomba, on a full time basis. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of a community, ensuring smooth governance, services, and a high quality of life for residents.

  • Oversee the daily operations and administration of the village, ensuring smooth functioning of services and facilities.
  • Manage budgets, finances, and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between residents, local authorities, and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and enhancing community engagement.

About You

  • Proven experience in management or leadership roles, preferably in residential, community, or facilities management.
  • Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Experience in staff supervision, team development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing relationships with residents, stakeholders, and authorities.
  • Ability to satisfy pre-employment checks, including a National Police History Check.
  • Real Estate Salesperson licence required
