Our Property & Development team plays a critical role in bringing these communities to life, and we’re looking for a Project Administrator who loves being the organised backbone of a busy, purpose driven team.
About the Role
As our Project Administrator, you’ll support multiple development projects across their lifecycle from early planning through to construction and handover.
You’ll work closely with Development Managers, consultants and internal teams to ensure documentation is accurate, projects stay on track, and nothing slips through the cracks.
If you’re detail oriented, proactive, and enjoy bringing structure to complex work, this is a role where you’ll truly add value.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be trusted with important coordination and administration tasks, including:
- Supporting development projects with end to end administrative coordination
- Managing project documentation, registers and document control systems
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and action tracking
- Tracking approvals, milestones, consultant deliverables and compliance requirements
- Assisting with reporting, presentations and internal governance updates
- Supporting construction, safety, quality and defect documentation through to handover
- Coordinating with consultants, builders, and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with cost tracking, invoices, contracts and variations in collaboration with Finance
You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are well organised, compliant and delivered efficiently.
About You
You’re someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You’re organised, calm under pressure, and enjoy supporting others to succeed.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience in project administration, coordination or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing documentation and tracking multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient working with Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Exposure to property, construction or development environments
- A proactive mindset, you notice what’s needed and act
