About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands on Park Manager at Barrier Reef Tourist Park. This is a full time role where no two days are the same and that’s part of the fun.
You’ll be the face of the park, bringing together great customer service, smooth operations, and a strong sense of community. If you love leading from the front, building relationships, and taking pride in a well run park, this could be your perfect next step.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the park to ensure everything runs like clockwork
- Creating a positive, welcoming experience for residents and guests alike
- Managing occupancy, bookings, and customer enquiries with professionalism
- Coaching, and supporting staff to deliver friendly, reliable service
- Ensuring the grounds, facilities, and accommodation are maintained to a high standard
- Managing budgets, reporting, and compliance with confidence and commercial awareness
- Being a visible, approachable leader who builds trust and connection within the community
About You
You’re someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and taking ownership. You’re organised, approachable, and calm under pressure with a genuine passion for hospitality and people.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, accommodation, or park management
- Strong working knowledge of RMS systems, bookings, and occupancy management
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Sound business acumen, including budgeting and reporting
- A customer-first mindset, with flexibility and adaptability in daily operations
