Guest Services Agent – All Ages Rental Community
Location: Greenwell Point, NSW
Hours: Casual | 15–25 hours per week (weekend work required)
Coral Tree Lodge Tourist Park is seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused Guest Services Agent to join our team. About the Role
As a Guest Services Agent you will be a key point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors. You will support the day‑to‑day operations of the community, delivering outstanding customer service while managing essential administrative and financial tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Front Desk Operations
- Warmly welcome residents, visitors, and contractors to the community
- Manage check‑ins and check‑outs with accuracy and professionalism
- Respond promptly and courteously to enquiries and service requests
Administration & Office Support
- Assist the Park Manager with emails, document management, and scheduling
- Process bookings, reservations, and cancellations
- Maintain office supplies and a tidy, professional reception area
- Coordinate notices, announcements, and internal communications
Financial Transactions & Cash Handling
- Process payments via cash, EFTPOS, and credit card
- Complete daily cash reconciliations and balance tills
- Prepare financial reports and highlight discrepancies
- Ensure all processes align with company financial policies
Compliance & Safety
- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements
- Report incidents, hazards, and risks promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and financial information
- Assist with emergency procedures including fire drills and evacuations
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or front‑desk operations
- Strong accuracy and reliability with cash handling and financial processes
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and booking systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
