  • 🌟About the role:
  • The Clinical Team Leader is responsible for both clinical leadership and operational leadership within an Essential Nursing and Disability Services (ENDS) NDIS residential Supported Independent Living (SIL) house (s) and related community supports. This hybrid role provides day-to-day management of the house (s), leadership and supervision of Support Workers, and ensures safe, clinically competent, person-centered care aligned with participant goals, clinical requirements, and ENDS policies. You’ll work closely with the Service Delivery Lead to maintain compliance, support staff capability, and ensure participants receive consistent, clinically competent care aligned with their goals.
  • 💼 Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Leadership & Governance
  • Provide clinical oversight, assessments and escalation of participant health needs
  • Ensure safe medication management (MARs, administration, storage, documentation)
  • Lead infection control practices and clinical risk management
  • Ensure care plans, assessments and clinical documentation are accurate and current
  • Operational & House Leadership
  • Lead daily operations of SIL houses to ensure smooth, safe service delivery
  • Support rostering, shift coverage and operational workflows
  • Ensure a safe, clean and well-maintained house environment
  • Manage stock, PPE, medication supplies and operational readiness
  • Team Leadership & Supervision
  • Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching and mentoring of Support Workers
  • Support onboarding and on-the-job competency development
  • Address performance issues early and escalate appropriately
  • Promote a respectful, accountable and values-driven team culture
  • Compliance, WHS & Incident Management
  • Ensure incidents, hazards and near misses are reported in QUASR within timeframes
  • Support investigations and completion of corrective actions
  • Maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, WHS and ENDS policies
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Communicate effectively with participants, families, guardians, allied health, GPs and pharmacies
  • Coordinate clinical and therapy appointments and follow-up actions
  • Ensure timely communication of medication changes and clinical updates
  • About You

  • 👩‍⚕️Essential Requirements
  • Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse)
  • Minimum 5 years of paid RN experience
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • National Police Clearance
  • NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid WA Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle (as required)
  • Evidence of required vaccinations
  • Ability to provide two professional references
  • Highly Regarded
  • Experience in NDIS, disability, SIL or community-based services
  • Confidence using systems such as ShiftCare, QUASR, Employment Hero, SharePoint or MS Office
  • Experience supervising or leading support teams
